The Dante Requiem

In the decaying industrial city of Ashwick, disabled claimant Elias Vane is crushed by a Kafkaesque benefits system that deems him unworthy of survival. After the Federal Benefits Authority denies his final appeal on the same day a bizarre murder scene mimics Dante's "Inferno," Elias is drawn into a chilling game orchestrated by a killer who turns the entire metropolis into a living literary crime scene, forcing the desperate to confront a brutal truth: in the face of survival, every shred of moral superiority becomes a pitiful joke.
