Pickens v. Toney et al

On August 23, 2023, in North Little Rock, Arkansas, officers responded to a convenience store call regarding Rodney Pickens behaving erratically. Officer Michael Toney and another officer attempted to detain Pickens, resulting in a physical struggle. Toney deployed a Taser multiple times against Pickens, who lost consciousness and later died at a hospital.
